Birthday Party Rules

  1. Reservation Requirement: Birthday parties must be reserved in advance; walk-ins are not accepted.

  2. Deposit Policy: A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure a birthday party booking.

  3. Unsupervised Playground: Peekaboo Play Centre is an unsupervised playground. Parents, caregivers, and guests must actively supervise children at all times.

  4. Parent/Guardian Responsibility: Parents or guardians are solely responsible for the safety of their children and ensuring the proper and safe use of equipment at all times.

  5. Lost Items Disclaimer: Peekaboo Play Centre is not responsible for any lost items or valuables. It is advised to leave such items at home or securely stored inside your vehicle.

  6. Illness Policy: If your child is unwell or if you are feeling unwell, we kindly request you to stay home. In the interest of health and safety, Peekaboo Play Centre reserves the right to ask anyone displaying signs of illness to leave the premises to prevent the spread of illness to other guests and staff.

  7. Admission and Conduct: Peekaboo staff reserves the right to refuse admission and may ask you and your child to leave in the event of improper equipment use or any disrespectful behavior towards others or staff.

  8. Sock Policy: Socks must be worn by everyone at all times while in the Peekaboo Play Centre to maintain hygiene and safety standards.

  9. No Strollers Policy: Due to safety hazards, strollers are not allowed within Peekaboo Play Centre premises. Please utilize designated stroller parking areas outside the play area.

  10. Cleaning Policy: Light cleaning is provided after the party. However, guests are responsible for cleaning up any excessive mess. Failure to do so will result in a $100 cleaning fee.

  11. Decoration Policy: Balloons, streamers, and other decorations must be removed before leaving the room. Only painter's tape is allowed for hanging decorations to avoid damage to surfaces.

  12. No Cake Smashing: Cake smashing or excessive mess with the birthday cake is not permitted.

  13. No Confetti or Piñatas: The use of confetti or piñatas is not allowed.

  14. No Alcohol or Smoking: Consumption of alcohol or smoking is strictly prohibited within the facility.

  15. No Third-Party Entertainment: External entertainers or performers are not permitted without prior approval.

  16. Peanut-Free Facility: No peanut products are allowed within the facility.

  17. No Sharp Objects or Grilling Equipment: Sharp objects and grilling equipment are not permitted in the party room.

  18. Speaker Use and Food Restrictions: Bringing your own speaker is allowed, but music must be played at a reasonable volume and in a considerate manner. Moreover, there is absolutely no food allowed outside the designated birthday party rooms. All food must stay within the party rooms.

  19. Food Hygiene and Restrictions: Hands must be clean before engaging in play activities. Additionally, there is absolutely no food allowed outside the designated birthday party rooms. All food must stay within the party rooms.

  20. Time Management: The private party room is reserved for two hours. Guests must promptly leave the room within this timeframe to ensure timely transitions for subsequent birthday parties. Any delays will result in extra fees to accommodate other bookings.
